Extraction plant is the process of extracting and evaporating to obtain crude oil from the pre pressed cakes such as soybean (rice bran) extruded material and rapeseed cakes or corn germ through solvent countercurrent circulation. The production of the extraction section includes processes such as extraction, wet meal de-solvent and toasting, crude oil evaporation, solvent-carrying air condensation recovery, and vent gas absorption etc.

The process features are as follows:

1）Continuous operation of all process equipment；

2）Flexible and flexible adjustability, suitable for different processing and production of various raw materials;

3) Adopting energy-saving technology of negative pressure evaporation，it can greatly reduce steam consumption, solvent consumption, also the quality of crude oil will be improved.

4）The extractor adopts Loop type extractor or Chain extractor, which is easy to adjust the material level, the material be loosened and flipped in extracting processes with low material level, oil residual of production meal and solvent content in wet meal is lower too, also the extractor is operated smoother;

5) Adopting DTDC (Desolventizer-toaster with integrated dryer-cooler) ,effectively reduces power, achieves integration of de-solvent, toasting and cooling, saves space, and has good effects of equipment and process;

6）Reasonable selection and ratio of condensation area for condensation system equipment, to effectively ensure condensation effect;

7）High performance mineral oil recovery system enables the full recovery of solvents in vent gas.
